How do I expand formulae?
When we expand a formula we're just rewriting the same formula in a different way. By exanding a formula we are not changing the formula itself, we're just changing it's appearance.
Lets look at an example, lets expand the following formula ...
To expand this formula you just need to multiply each item in the first bracket with everything in the second bracket, then add everything together.
